Tuna Twist Salad

Cathy's Recipe




Ingredients:

  • 1 lb twisted pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
  • 1 small chopped red onion (I've used yellow or Vidalia, both work fine)


Directions:

  • Cook past according to package directions, drain, rinse and drain again.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Add the pasta and remaining ingredients.
  • Toss until well mixed, cover, and chill for at least 2–3 hours.
