Mike's Recipe
This meal is delicious and simple to make if you're on a diet, but you must have keto maple syrup to go with it.
Try it!
Ingredients:
- 2 Large Egg
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl
- Whisk until combined
- Once combined, coat Waffle Iron with baking spray and add batter
- Cook until the Waffle Iron signals that it is done
- Use a fork to remove the Waffle from the Waffle Iron, and cool on a plate
