Mike's Recipe
This noodles are delicious and simple to make if you're on a diet.
Try it!
Ingredients:
- 3 Large Egg
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp) Butter
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F
- Prepare your baking tray and cover it with parchment paper and a bit of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking after baking.
- Make sure they are all at room temperature.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Place the entire mixture on a baking sheet.
- Using your spatula, gently spread the mixture evenly, making sure it is spread as thin as you can.
- Place it in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
- Once the pasta sheet is baked, let it cool and gently roll into a log. Using a very sharp knife, cut the pieces into the pasta size you prefer.
