Mike's Recipe


This noodles are delicious and simple to make if you're on a diet.


Try it!




Ingredients:

  • 3 Large Egg
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp) Butter


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F
  • Prepare your baking tray and cover it with parchment paper and a bit of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking after baking.
  • Make sure they are all at room temperature.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Place the entire mixture on a baking sheet.
  • Using your spatula, gently spread the mixture evenly, making sure it is spread as thin as you can.
  • Place it in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
  • Once the pasta sheet is baked, let it cool and gently roll into a log. Using a very sharp knife, cut the pieces into the pasta size you prefer.
