Mike's Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 minced clove of Garlic
- 1/2 Cup of minced onion
- 2 small cans mushrooms (stems also ok)
- 1 package extra wide egg noodles
- 1 12 oz cans campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 4 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef in a medium-sized pan.
- Caramelize onions, garlic, and butter on medium heat.
- Cook egg noodles as directed and set aside.
- Mix Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, salt, flour, pepper, and mushrooms together with the ground beef mixture.
- Let simmer over medium (not boiling) heat for 15 minutes.
- When you are ready to serve dinner, stir in sour cream until thoroughly heated.
- Do not let sauce mixture boil once sour cream has been added.
- Combine with or pour over the egg noodles separately.
