Beef Stroganoff

Mike's Recipe


  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1 minced Clove of Garlic

  • 1/2 Cup of minced onion

  • 2 small cans mushrooms (stems also ok)

  • 1 pakg extra wide egg noodles

  • 1 12 oz cans campbells cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbs of flour

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1/4 tsp of pepper

  • 4 tbs of butter

~Brown ground beef in a medium sized pan. ~

~Caramelize onions, garlic and butter on about medium heat. ~

~Cook egg noodles as directed and set aside. ~

~Mix Campbells cream of mushroom soup, salt, flour, pepper and mushrooms together with ground beef mixture. ~

~Let simmer over medium (not boiling) heat for 15 minutes. ~

~When you are ready to serve dinner stir in sour cream untill thoroughly heated. ~

~Do not let sauce mixture boil once sour cream has been added. ~

~Combine with or pour over separately with the egg noodles.~
